Dear Turgut Ozal High School Graduates of 2019 and 2020,
As a result of the unexpected COVID -19, unfortunately, we could not have organized a graduation ceremony for you, but at least, we would like to post our farewell speech for you.
The years you have spent at the high school have had unforgettable time that prepared you for the coming years. These 3 years have involved many outstanding and effective moments of your lives; sometimes you were worried, sometimes nervous, sometimes excited, sometimes proud of yourself, you had concerns, and you have experienced all of those. But today it is over. You will just remember those days.
The education you have taken at Turgut Ozal High School will help you climb the stairs ahead of you and it will help you reach the highest points.
Today is the end of your high school period. As you say farewell to your teachers, your friends and your loved ones, you close the door on your high school year, but you open the door to the future.
I believe that your parents, your siblings, your relatives, your friends and the school community are so proud of you today. You have been exemplary in many ways. You have brought energy, passion, and respect to our school community.
It is your turn now to offer good things to the world. This world is looking forward to meeting you. It desires your kind-heartedness, your caring personalities, your inspirations and thoughtfulness for others. Trust yourself and be determined. If something is possible to do, you can do it. The writer William Arthur Ward says “If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.” May all your imaginations and dreams come true!
